The Coffee Shop, located near the center court inside the Silver Lake Mall, is looking to add a full-time barista to our growing team!

We have the following shift available:

Sunday-Wednesday: 9:30 am-6:30 pm.

What You Can Expect:

A family environment filled with people who share a passion for making the finest coffee and have fun doing it. Barista experience is required.

About The Position:
We are looking for an individual to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea, as well as select food items; educate customers on our drink menu; make recommendations based on their preferences; upsell special items, & take orders/cashier.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty beverages.
Perform opening and closing duties as outlined on our café checklist.
To embody The Coffee Shop culture by helping customers by providing product and service information.
Smile and welcome customers.
Prepare & serve handcrafted coffee beverages.
Serve baked goods.
Provide 1-to-1 service to all customers, from hello to goodbye.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
Willing to assist with merchandising/cashiering at our parent retail store as needed.

Pay: $16 per hour plus tips. Must have barista experience.
