Job Summary:
We’re looking for an energetic and dependable Drinkware Sales Representative to help grow our product reach across our retail customer base. This role focuses on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and presenting our drinkware line, including bottles, tumblers, mugs, and accessories, in a way that drives sales. The right person enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and is comfortable working toward sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a cash register and process customer transactions accurately.
- Seek out and develop new sales opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current customers.
- Showcase products to customers and explain features in a clear, engaging way.
- Work toward and consistently meet sales goals.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
- Handle the sales process from initial contact through closing.
- Work with marketing and product teams on promotions and new launches.
- Step in to support other departments or responsibilities as business needs shift.
Qualifications:
- Full-time availability, working Friday through Tuesday.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Self-driven with a focus on meeting goals.
- Comfortable negotiating and closing sales.
- Adaptable and willing to take on different tasks or roles when needed.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
