We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and dependable Showroom Sales Representative to help drive sales and create an exceptional shopping experience in our Little Sheep showroom. This role focuses on building relationships with families, understanding customer needs, and presenting quality children's apparel, youth footwear, toys, games, and outdoor products designed for kids of all ages.
The right person enjoys working with children and families, takes initiative, and is comfortable working toward sales goals while creating a welcoming, fun, and engaging shopping environment.
Work Schedule Tuesday-Saturday
9:45 AM- 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a cash register and process customer transactions accurately.
- Seek out and develop new sales opportunities within the showroom.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with both new and returning customers.
- Assist families in selecting children's clothing, youth footwear, toys, games, and seasonal products based on age, activity, and individual needs.
- Showcase products and explain features such as sizing, durability, comfort, safety, educational value, and age-appropriate recommendations in a clear and engaging way.
- Stay informed on children's apparel trends, popular toys, seasonal products, and competitor offerings.
- Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial engagement to final purchase.
- Create an inviting shopping experience by maintaining organized displays and interactive product presentations.
- Assist with visual merchandising, product displays, and showroom organization to keep the department exciting and easy to shop.
- Help maintain inventory accuracy, restock merchandise, and ensure the showroom remains clean and well-stocked.
- Step in to support other departments or responsibilities as business needs shift.
Qualifications:
- Full-time availability, working Friday through Tuesday.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable recommending products, upselling, and closing sales.
- Experience working with children, families, or in children's retail is preferred.
- Ability to build rapport with both children and parents while providing knowledgeable product recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptable and willing to take on different tasks or roles when needed.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
